Privacy
What is stored
Your rider details, bikes, service history, rides, parts bin, photos and settings are saved in your own browser on your own device. There is no account, and nothing is sent to us.
Optional sync
If sign-in sync is switched on and you choose to sign in, your email address and a copy of your garage (not your photos) are stored in a private database so they can appear on your other devices. Only you can read your copy. You can delete the cloud copy at any time from Settings & backup.
Fit reports you choose to share
If you tap "Save & share" on a fit report, RideLoadout sends your bike model and size, the part, how it fit and your short note. No name, email or location. Shared reports are reviewed before anything appears on the site, and only counts and short tips are shown.
Stories you choose to share
If you tap "Share with riders" on a story, RideLoadout sends your bike model and size, the part or job, what you wrote, how long it took, how hard it was, up to 4 photos (location data removed on your device), your video link and the name you chose. No email. Everything waits in a private queue until it is reviewed; declined stories and their photos are deleted. Ask us to remove a published story at any time.
Photos you choose to send
A photo you send is shrunk and stripped of hidden location data on your device, then stored privately with your bike model and caption until it is reviewed. Approved photos are shown on the site; rejected ones are deleted.
No selling, no tracking
RideLoadout does not sell your data, show ads or use tracking cookies. Store links open the store's own website, which has its own privacy policy.
Your control
Use Backup & export to keep or move your data. Clearing your browser's site data deletes the garage on that device.
