My take, from the specs
A first pedal bike for toddlers, with a low aluminum frame, short 90 mm cranks, training wheels and a pad set, at about 7.2 kg. It stops only with a rear coaster brake, so practice back-pedal stops before riding anywhere with a slope. Haro gives no height range, so make sure your child can sit with feet flat on the ground.
