My take, from the specs
A BMX-style 16-inch bike for young kids, with a low aluminum frame, training wheels and a pad set in the box. It has a coaster brake plus a rear hand brake with a small adjustable lever, but no front brake. At about 8.8 kg it is reasonable for the size, and Haro publishes no rider height range, so test the fit.
